Refund and Cancellation Policy
- There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. You pay only when you unlock a return or buy a yearly pass.
- Unlocked a return by mistake and not used it? Ask within 7 days for a full refund. Unused yearly passes can be refunded within 14 days.
- Failed or duplicate payments are always refunded in full.
1.Free features
Your account, uploading reports, error checks and the preview of every return are free. Nil returns are free, and so is the first return for each GSTIN. Nothing is charged until you choose to unlock a return or buy a pass.
2.Refunds for a single return
Unlocking gives you immediate access to a digital product. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not downloaded that return's files (JSON, Excel, CSV or PDF) and have not recorded it as filed. Once files have been downloaded or the return recorded as filed, the payment is not refundable, but you can keep reopening and correcting that return for free.
3.Refunds for a yearly pass
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a pass if you have not downloaded files for, or recorded as filed, any return it covers. After that, passes are not refundable. A pass upgrade follows the same rule from the date of the upgrade.
4.Payment errors and our mistakes
If a payment fails but money left your account, or you were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full. If a defect in GST Hero produced a wrong return, we refund what you paid for that return. Refunds do not cover interest, late fees or penalties.
5.How to ask for a refund
Email support@gsthero.in from your registered email address with the invoice number. We confirm within 2 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, and a GST credit note is issued.
6.Cancellation and account closure
GST Hero has no recurring charges. You can stop using it at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings; paid returns and passes are not refunded on account closure except as described above.
